All Year - (In season now)
What's here: (Click for recipes) Buffalo, Bison, Quail Eggs, Quail
We have the largest bison herd in Tennessee. Our meat is available in the winter and is sold by the quarter, half or whole of the animal by the hanging weight. Currently we have bison available. If ordering at least a half prior to butchering the meat can be custom cut. Buffalo meat is healthy and great tasting meat. Most of our meat fills orders that come in all year long, as we harvest once a year.
We have added quail to the ranch, we sell eggs for eating or hatching on your own, as well as quail for the table. Eggs are seasonal, spring through fall.

We do our best to keep this guide accurate, but farming is a dynamic
occupation, things change fast. It is a good idea to call and verify
any of the information in this guide before you plan a trip to a
farm. Also, please be considerate. The farms in this guide are working
farms as well as residences in many cases. If you think of yourself
more as a valued guest than a customer you'll have a great experience.
Call to Farmers
We are looking for farmers growing crops, or anyone we
